Shipping rates

A flat RM 15 anywhere in Malaysia. Orders from RM 200 ship free.

Payment window

Items are held for about 20 minutes while you pay. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that.

Tracking

Your order moves from Paid to Packed to Shipped. A courier tracking number appears once it ships.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened medical items can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email support@veralabs.com with your order number.
